According to a study carried out early in 2006 by the Institute for Employment Studies and ICM Research, on behalf of the Department of Trade and Industry, since legislation was introduced in April 2003, 90 per cent of the 2,081 employees questioned said they had at least one type of flexible working arrangement available to them."
