There are two ways to use the system. Either you can access it via this web site, or the system can be installed on your own site. Use Via this Web Site.

If you want use the system via this web site you do not need to install any software, since the system is accessible via your web browser. We recommend Internet Explorer 6 or above, or Firefox. Click here to register for a free trial.

Installation on Your Site

To install the Flexi Planner facility within your organisation you will require a PC or server on which the software must be installed, and from which all users will access the system via their web browsers.

The Flexi Planner PC will require the following to be installed:

Either: Windows 2000, XP Professional, or Windows 2003 Server Edition
.Net Framework 2.0 (FREE from Microsoft)
SQL Server 2000, 2005 or the SQL Server 2005 Express Edition (Free from Microsoft) Apart from the operating system there should be no additional software costs since Flexi Planner is designed for use with the free SQL Server 2005 Express Edition database.
